Yoga - to start the day :

It is 5.15 am. Time to get up and be ready for Yoga abhyas. The class starts at 6.15 am but usually I am before time to be at my designated place.

I believe that place for yoga, meditation, and sleep should generally be the same everyday as it creates and stores vibrations which provide you solace and comfort and have you mechanically oriented.

Sabir bhai, our Yoga teacher has designed the course beautifully. It starts with Gayatri Mantra and Yog prayers from Vedas. The warm up is followed by Surya namaskar, yogic asanas, pranayam and relaxation through shavasana.

Every day, the practice is different which does not allow monotony. The powerful voice and knowledge of scriptures makes you spellbound and surrendered.

The yoga ends with thanking almighty, teachers and parents.

What a divine way to start the day. It fills you with energy, calmness, serenity and above all good samskaras.
I ve been attending for a month now. The instructor is calm and collected and walks around to observe the learnerโ€™s and correct posture where required and motivates people to go closer to the perfect posture even when physically difficulty is there and gets them to better than before. The shavasana voice is particularly effective, in reducing whatever aches you may have post a particularly difficult session. ๐Ÿ™‚ Calibrated probably by deeper study the instructor is clear in his expectations from a human body he sees with his eyes, yet in the noble traditions of teachers - he expects more from himself and the students. Where required he points to pain points and asks people to be careful when there is potential to do it wrongly.
Yoga Sadhana Mandir is a place where you feel relaxed your mind is calmed.I have joined the yoga class five months back and I have seen drastic changes in me.Yoga Sadhana Mandir has changed my life for the good.The yoga gurus here are too good no words can express their excellence.
